Hello! I'm Hardik, a full-stack developer based in Melbourne, Victoria who enjoys building things that live on the internet. I develop exceptional websites and web apps that provide intuitive, user friendly interfaces with efficient and modern backends.
Early Years
I joined the founding engineering team at Kraff Softwares(a startup based in Ahmedabad) where I work on a wide variety of interesting and meaningful projects on a daily basis for a Silicon Vally Reale state startup, Terabitz in early 2006 under mentorship of Mr. Ashfaq Munshi, a former Yahoo CTO.
The Journey
That was just a start of the journey, which led me to work with another startup, Clubwebsite(UK), which was later acquired by the Pitchero In 2011 I co-founded Aecor Digital and built an Indian based development and design team of 50 (and counting...)
Now
In 2017 I moved to Melbourne, Australia, and since then I am working as a remote CTO of Aecor Digital.

Work

- Manage projects and complexity within the program portfolio; delivery of benefits by leading project team towards achieving predetermined goals results in alignment with the organization stated strategy.
- Decide, Develop and manage core frameworks before the team can start upon further work.
- Manage servers and server-side technologies.
- Deciding technologies to be used and keeping up-to-date with bleeding edge techs.
- Manage allocated business project resources.
- Provide project management expertise & leads key projects
- work streams working with the full project life-cycle following project governance processes within agreed timescales to time cost quality.
- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting against the project plan budget in line with agreed program governance.
- Maintain and develop knowledge of project methodologies and deciding best technologies suited for the project to optimize resources with best results.
- Working with PHP, Composer, CakePHP, Laravel, Javascript, VueJS, Ajax, jQuery, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Twitter Bootstrap, Builds with Gulp/Webpack, NPM/Bower/Yarn, REST Api’s, Version Control With GIT, Continuous Integration and deployments with Laravel Forge and CircleCI, Web Application Performance Improvements.
